Place chicken, onion, garlic, fresh jalapeños, bouillon cube and tomato sauce in the slow cooker.
Stir ingredients well to combine; cover. Cook for approximately 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Shred the chicken with a fork, add a can of black beans and continue to cook for an additional 30 minutes.
To make things easier, set up a serving station, so guests can easily serve themselves. Set out plates, napkins and utensils, and place toppings like shredded lettuce, fresh cilantro, sliced jalapeños, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, guacamole and lime wedges next to the slow cooker. Offer tortillas for tacos or wraps, or baked tortilla chips for nachos.
