Ingredients

Step 1

Melt 1 fruit bar in the microwave. Remove stick.

Step 2

Combine melted fruit bar, 1/3 cup plum sauce, ginger, bouillon and nutmeg in a large freezer bag. Add chicken cutlets; seal bag and shake gently, combining ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3

Melt remaining 3 fruit bars in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove sticks. Add remaining plum sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and Sriracha sauce. Stir for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in green onions and Coffee mate Original Flavor Liquid. Set aside; let cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Preheat grill over medium heat. Grease grill rack.

Step 5

Remove chicken cutlets from marinade and place on hot grill rack; discard marinade. Cover grill; cook chicken, turning once about halfway through, for 10 to 12 minutes or no longer pink. Transfer to serving platter; cover with foil.

Step 6

Pour sauce over grilled chicken or serve on the side for dipping. Serve with white rice and green salad, if desired.
