Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325° F.

Step 2

Butter baking dish; set aside.

Step 3

Cut panettone into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly in prepared baking dish.

Step 4

Whisk eggs, 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® ABUELITA™ Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix, cinnamon and vanilla extract together to combine.

Step 5

Add in La Lechera and half-and-half and continue to whisk to combine.

Step 6

Pour custard over panettone pieces.

Step 7

Bake on lower medium rack of oven for 30 minutes; rotate baking dish and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

Step 8

For Abuelita Ganache: Whisk heavy cream and 1 cup NESTLÉ® ABUELITA™ Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until mixture comes to a simmer.

Step 9

Drizzle chocolate sauce over bread pudding.

Step 10

Serve warm.
