Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Combine cake mix and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl. Add evaporated milk and eggs. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared baking pan.

Step 3

Bake for 24 to 26 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.

Step 4

Break cake into chunks and place in batches in food processor; cover. Process until cake is in fine crumbs. Transfer crumbs to a large bowl. Or, break cake into crumbs with tines of two forks. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls with slightly dampened hands.

Step 5

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Place on a serving plate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
