- ●1/4 cup guacamole
- ●2 (8-inch) soft taco-size whole wheat flour tortillas
- ●2 leaves romaine lettuce
- ●1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
- ●1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese
Make It
Step 1
Heat chicken in microwave for 45 seconds or until warm. Spread 2 tablespoons guacamole over each tortilla; top each with 1/2 cup chicken, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 to 3 slices of tomato and 2 tablespoons cheese. Wrap up and cut in half. Serve with salsa, if desired.
